• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
• You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when ordering or creating an account, and to keep your account password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it, or interfere with its operation.

We take care to show each piece accurately. Our products are made from natural materials such as stoneware, wood, cotton and wax, so colour, glaze, grain and finish vary slightly from piece to piece, and colours may render differently on different screens. Such variations are part of the product and are not defects. Dimensions and capacities are approximate.

Product availability is shown live on the site. If an item in your cart goes out of stock or is withdrawn before payment, checkout will tell you and the order cannot be completed until it is removed. Quantities are limited to 20 units per item per order; for larger quantities please contact us.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST at the applicable rate. The GST component is shown separately in your order summary.
• Shipping is free on orders of ₹4,000 or more; a flat charge of ₹99 applies below that. It is shown before you pay.
• Prices may change without notice, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. If a price is clearly wrong because of a typographical or system error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
• Coupon codes are subject to the conditions stated when they are issued (minimum order value, eligible collections, expiry) and cannot be combined unless stated. The discount is verified by our server at checkout.

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the order confirmation email; until then we may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or we suspect fraud.
• Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering through Razorpay, which accepts UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets. We do not store your payment details. We do not currently offer cash on delivery.
• If Razorpay confirms your payment but the order is not recorded on our side (for example because your connection dropped), the payment is still matched to your order automatically. If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few hours, contact us with your Razorpay payment ID.
• If you need a GST invoice in your business’s name, email us your order number and GSTIN and we will issue one.

We deliver across India; delivery times, charges and what to do if a parcel is damaged are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please provide a complete address and a reachable phone number; we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details.

You may cancel within 24 hours of ordering if the order has not shipped, and return or exchange eligible items within 10 days of delivery. The conditions, exclusions and refund timelines are in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Gift messages and product reviews you submit must not be unlawful, abusive, defamatory or infringe anyone’s rights. By submitting a review you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the site. We may decline or remove content that breaches these rules.

The GrihaTattva name, logo, photographs, text and design of this website belong to GrihaTattva Décor Pvt. Ltd. or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

We are liable for products that are defective or not as described, as set out in our Returns policy and under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your misuse of a product, normal wear and tear, or events outside our reasonable control such as courier delays, strikes or natural events. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@grihatattva.com; we aim to resolve every issue directly and promptly. Any dispute that cannot be resolved this way is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India, without prejudice to your right to approach a consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the site when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
